, seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our team with integrity, accountability, and compassion. As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of the facility while ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide strong, visible leadership that fosters a positive, accountable, and team‑oriented culture.
Partner closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary leadership team to achieve outstanding clinical and operational outcomes.
Develop, mentor, and retain high‑performing department leaders and staff.
Create an environment where residents, families, and employees feel valued, respected, and heard.
Lead quality improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
Ensure resident safety, quality of care, and outstanding customer service.
Manage budgets, census growth, staffing, and overall facility performance.
Maintain focus and make sound decisions in rapidly changing or challenging situations.
Build relationships with referral sources and community partners to support occupancy and reputation.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
Current Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing.
Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
Thorough knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations.
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship‑building abilities.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional leadership.
Proven ability to remain composed, organized, and solutions‑focused in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
