• Provide members with an unparalleled experience and encourage them to achieve their fitness goals.
• Ensure the club is super clean.
• Find new and current members to join fitness classes.
• Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
• Assist at the welcome desk with member check‑in and greetings/farewells.
• Offer fun, energetic, non‑high‑pressure tours and support member enrollment.
• Lead by example, be passionate, and invite members to enjoy the environment.
• Schedule may vary across operating hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Birthdate confirming a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Passion for helping others.
• Understanding that physical demands may include communicating, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling hazardous chemicals.
• On‑time dependability.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.
