Field Service Technician
Our client is a regional provider of reliable, advanced internet services, and is seeking several experienced Field Service Technicians to join their team. Our client is expanding these services in the central Missouri markets that include Harrisonville, Warrensburg and Sedalia. In this role, you'll deliver expert onsite installation services for residential customers and play a key role in ensuring seamless experience for the expanding customer portfolio.
This role will require travel to various service areas and will be required to work in most conditions.

Pay Rate Range: $23hr-$25hr
Shift: Daytime shift – dispatched from home using company service van
What's the Job?- Perform independent installations and repairs for residential and business internet and phone services.
- Install and configure customer equipment, including routers, modems, and Wi-Fi gateways.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being professional, friendly, and knowledgeable during all service visits.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity and service issues with accuracy and efficiency.
- Install, terminate, and test network cabling, adhering to all relevant codes and standards.
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment, including ladders and bucket trucks, in accordance with all safety protocols and DOT/OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean driving record and represent our client with professionalism in the field.

Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in telecommunications, networking, or field service.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with no restrictions.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, which includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable and able to work in both underground and aerial environments (e.g., climbing ladders up to 32ft and operating a bucket truck).
- Willingness to obtain a class E license if offered
