The role requires operating a Caterpillar 420 backhoe, locating utilities with Dig Rite markings, and maintaining trench safety per OSHA standards. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, carry basic tools, and follow written and verbal instructions. CDL-A preferred and OSHA 10 available.
