Entry-Level HVAC Technician $21-$26/hr + Spiffs | 100% Company-Paid Benefits

Apex Mechanical is looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician ready to take the next step from the classroom into a long-term career in the field.

This is an opportunity for someone who has completed HVAC training and an internship, or has up to one year of hands-on field experience
, and wants to continue developing their skills alongside experienced technicians.

You don't need to have every answer yet. We're looking for someone with a solid foundation, good work ethic, and the willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting with support from experienced technicians
  • Learn to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
  • Complete preventative maintenance and system checks
  • Work with different HVAC equipment and applications
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Follow established procedures and safety standards
  • Continue building your technical skills through hands‑on training

What We're Looking For
  • HVAC school/training program completed with internship experience, OR up to 1 year of HVAC field experience
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components
  • Some hands‑on experience with HVAC tools and equipment
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
  • Dependable, hardworking, and receptive to direction
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
  • EPA certification preferred
