Entry-Level HVAC Technician $21-$26/hr + Spiffs | 100% Company-Paid Benefits
Apex Mechanical is looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician ready to take the next step from the classroom into a long-term career in the field.
This is an opportunity for someone who has completed HVAC training and an internship, or has up to one year of hands-on field experience
, and wants to continue developing their skills alongside experienced technicians.
You don't need to have every answer yet. We're looking for someone with a solid foundation, good work ethic, and the willingness to learn.
What You'll Do- Assist with HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting with support from experienced technicians
- Learn to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
- Complete preventative maintenance and system checks
- Work with different HVAC equipment and applications
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow established procedures and safety standards
- Continue building your technical skills through hands‑on training
- $21-$26/hr + spiffs
, based on experience - Year-round, steady work,

- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components

- Dependable, hardworking, and receptive to direction
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
- EPA certification preferred
