CDL Truck driver; 1st shift

CDL Truck Driver – 1st shift (6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday‑Friday). $24 per hour.

• Operate tractor trailers at the plant, distribution center and outside warehouses, including moving trailers to and from warehouses.
• Drive trailers and, when trailers are not needed, work in the warehouse and operate material handling equipment to transport finished goods and materials (picking, stacking, tiering).
• Continuously perform all required tasks in a safe manner, adhere to all safety rules and procedures, and take action to correct or report unsafe conditions.
• Participate in equipment care initiatives such as 5S, TPM and Lean Manufacturing to prevent breakdowns and improve overall equipment efficiency.
• Maintain satisfactory performance as determined by the supervisor.
• Perform good housekeeping and other duties as directed.
• Work overtime as requested and posted by management.
• Obtain and maintain a DOT Class A CDL certification and have a current, valid license.
• Use hand tools and other equipment safely and efficiently.

• Age 18 or older.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to read instructions from manuals, drawings, schematics, etc.
• Understanding of quality control principles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with and ability to use hand tools.
• DOT certified with a Class A license.
