CDL-A Truck Driver Home Weekly $1800-$1900/WK (Full Time)
Class A CDL Truck Drivers with at least 6 months driving experience in the last 3 years run a dedicated account that is home weekly and pays $93-$105K/Year with a $2500 Sign On Bonus.
Drivers start full benefits on the first of the month following 60 days with the company, including Medical, 401(k) with matching and PTO.
Compensation: $.79-$.82 CPM to start (based on experience) with a maximum of $.90 CPM – raise of $.01 CPM every 6 months. Drivers are paid $55/Stop and $100/Every Trailer unload.
Drivers are home weekly and may take the truck home; a secure parking spot is required.
Pet allowance: riders and pets are welcome after 5 days of training on the account, which pays $200/Day.
Sign‑On Bonus: $2500 paid as $250 after the first load and $250/month for the next 9 months.
Orientation is in St. Louis; drivers are then assigned a trainee and undergo 3-5 days of training.
ResponsibilitiesDrive a dedicated account home weekly, manage loads, maintain vehicle safety and paperwork, perform necessary stop and trailer unloading tasks, and adhere to company and DOT regulations.
Requirements- At least 6 months of Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (No more than 9 jobs in the last 3 years)
- No failed or refused DOT drug tests (including SAP program completion)
- No terminations from your last driving job
- Clean Driving Record:
- Max of 2 moving violations in the last 12 months (or 3 in the last 36 months)
- Max of 2 seat belt violations in the last 24 months
- No speeding violations over 11-14 mph above the limit in the last 12 months
- No pending violations
- No more than 2 out of service violations in the last year
- No serious offenses in the last 3 years (e.g., leaving the scene of an accident, fatal accidents, etc.)
- No DOT recordable preventable accidents in the last 12 months
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 12 months, and no more than 4 accidents (preventable or non-preventable) in the same period
- All DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last 3 years must have an accident report
- No felonies in the last 5 years
