Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is seeking an Academic Innovation & Mentoring (AIM) Coordinator for Sedro-Woolley. This part-time role (25–29 hrs/week) focuses on leading engaging academic experiences through STEM, literacy, homework support, mentoring, and hands-on enrichment to build skills and confidence.
You'll collaborate with youth, schools, families, volunteers, and staff to create a safe, welcoming environment and ensure a high-quality experience for each member.
