Life Care Centers of America is seeking a full-time MDS Nurse to manage caseloads from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The RN MDS Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with accurate MDS assessments and Care Plans, adhering to CMS regulations.
Requirements include an Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing, RN license in good standing, and two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics. Candidates must exhibit integrity, customer service, and teamwork skills.
