We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong acute care background and ICU and/or Emergency Department experience to join our Nursing Float Pool on a full-time night shift schedule.
Hiring Bonus and Relocation Assistance may be available.
Pay Range: $42.96 - $79.55 per hour
Compensation is based on factors including experience, education, training, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and seniority.

What You’ll DoAs a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while serving as a trusted clinical resource across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Documenting patient care accurately and in accordance with established standards
- Delegating and directing care appropriately based on team member competencies
- Supporting quality, safety, infection prevention, and performance improvement initiatives
- Maintaining professional excellence through ongoing education and development
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- Minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience caring for medically complex patients
- ICU and/or Emergency Department experience required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
