• Deliver professional, evidence-based patient care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Delegate and supervise care appropriately
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support quality, safety, and patient-centered care initiatives
• Pursue ongoing education and professional development

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
• Minimum one year of acute care experience caring for patients with complex medical needs preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and compassionate service
