Assistant Property Manager

Sedro‑Woolley

Part‑time position.

Schedule: Mon: 9:45 am‑6:00 pm;
Fri & Sat: 11:00 am‑3:00 pm

Up to 24 hours per week.

• Show available units and guide customers through leasing process
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service via in‑person, phone and web inquiries
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• General office tasks (filing, managing accounts, sorting mail/deliveries)
• Maintain property to company cleanliness and operational standards (cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs)

• Retail sales, cash management, and customer service experience
• Ability to self‑manage and work independently to meet team and company objectives
• Availability for weekends and occasional holidays (required)
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
