As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will support facility operations by performing repairs and routine maintenance activities on a variety of systems and areas within the facility to ensure operational reliability and system longevity.
Essential Functions- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair immediate failures or complex issues with mechanical, electrical and facility infrastructure using standard procedures, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform repairs on a variety of systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, overhead cranes, life safety, etc., and production equipment to maximize asset longevity and operational reliability; document the work performed.
- Execute carpentry, painting, drywall, groundskeeping, and general construction tasks related to new installation, remodels, and repairs.
- Perform routine and non‑routine electrical repairs, including lighting, ballasts, switches, and basic circuitry (up to 480 V systems, depending on certification).
- Comply with all safety, 5S, and Haz Mat practices.
- Work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines.
- Understand a CMMS software and work order management.
- Be computer literate in many platforms or willing to learn.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrate initiative for solving difficult yet exciting tasks.
- Arrive to work on time and maintain good attendance.
- Maintain good organization skills.
- Take ownership of additional duties as needed to support company goals.

- Minimum of five years of experience in industrial maintenance or similar field.
- Must understand hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work within a team environment.
- Basic computer and technology experience preferred.
- Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED.
- Effective verbal, reading, and written communication skills in English.
- Compensation: $28.00 – $33.00 hourly.
- Additional pay may apply for off‑shift hours, off‑site work, or special assignments.
- This role may qualify for a discretionary bonus recognizing outstanding contributions to team and company success.
- In compliance with state and local pay transparency laws, the expected compensation for this role is shared above. The range provided is Sedron’s estimate of the base compensation, and the final offer will be based on job‑related and non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
