HVAC/R Instructor
MTTI is hiring for a full-time day instructor.

MTTI Technical Training School is currently looking to hire and train a HVAC Technician to join our instructional team in the HVAC/R Department. As an HVAC Instructor you will educate and mentor the next generation of HVAC Technicians.
No teaching experience is required, we will train you to teach!
We are currently looking to fill a full-time day position, Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30 pm at our Seekonk, MA location.
Our small school environment offers you the opportunity to be part of a team that is helping people change their lives.
Even if you have no teaching experience, if you think you would enjoy offering your skills and experience to newcomers to the field, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!We will train you to teach and assist students in the shop.
Key Responsibilities for HVAC Instructors
:
- Instruct students in both the classroom and shop environment following MTTI's accredited HVAC curriculum.
- Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student growth, professionalism and accountability.
- Monitor and support student progress, providing feedback and guidance.
- Stay current with HVAC practices and technology to provide up to date training.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in HVAC / Refrigeration
- High School Diploma / GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
