• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
• Educate clients on nail care routines, product usage, and aftercare to promote healthy nails
• Upsell additional services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and beauty techniques to provide innovative designs
• Assist clients with retail sales of nail products and beauty accessories to support their ongoing self-care routines

• Strong knowledge of color theory for creating harmonious and eye-catching nail designs
• Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and ensure a positive client experience
• Proficiency in sanitation practices to uphold health standards in the salon environment
• Background in cosmetology or esthetician training with certification in nail care or related fields
• Experience with hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, and barbering is a plus for versatile service offerings
• Ability to perform eyelash extensions and esthetic laser treatments for comprehensive beauty solutions
• Effective communication skills to understand client preferences and explain treatment options confidently
