Price Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct, develop and manage store staff to protect company assets, maintain store conditions and presentation, maximizing sales and gross profits;
Maintain compliance with sanitation, merchandising, payroll, required record keeping and company, state and federal policies;
Interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline;
Maintain great store conditions per company standard and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards;
Achieve or surpass productivity and payroll goals in each department and manage shrink standards while controlling inventory
