Retail Stocking Team Leads play a key role in our store's leadership team by supporting the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor and guiding Receiving Associates. Hands‑on leadership, problem‑solving, and a collaborative spirit are essential to help bring our merchandise displays to life.

- Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area, and sales floor.
- Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
- Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
- Coaching associates in the moment and providing recognition.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to move/handle/lift merchandise up to 40 lbs. or more, and stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Base Pay: $16 per hour. Part‑time associates may be eligible for Burlington's benefits package, including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan, up to 4 hours of paid time off annually after one year of service, up to 8 paid holidays, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable law. Competitive wage and associate discount available.
