As a Security Officer Weekend Patrol in Seekonk, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as logistics & distribution. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.69 / Hour

Job Schedule: Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM;
Saturday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting unusual activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that need attention.
• Monitor the movement of employees, visitors, and/or delivery traffic entering and leaving the location, helping to support orderly operations and compliance with site‑specific protocols.
• Assist with incident reports, communication logs, and shift pass‑down information, and/or support emergency procedures and direction during weather events, medical situations, or operational disruptions.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
