A growing organization is seeking a detail-focused Accounts Payable professional to support invoice processing and reconciliation activities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform three-way match (purchase order, receipt, invoice) to ensure accurate payment processing
- Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and investigate discrepancies
- Partner with internal departments and external vendors to resolve billing issues
- Process transactions and validate data within SAP and Coupa
- Use Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to track, analyze, and report invoice activity
- Identify trends or recurring issues and recommend process improvements
- Deliver timely and professional support to stakeholders and suppliers
- Experience with Accounts Payable and three-way match
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
