Parts Manager

Griffith Ford Seguin is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts department in Seguin, TX. This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory management, exceptional customer service, and smooth operations of the parts division. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of automotive parts, and the ability to drive sales and profitability.

• Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring timely and accurate parts availability.
• Manage parts inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain optimal levels and reduce costs.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of parts associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Work closely with service and sales departments to coordinate parts needs and support overall dealership goals.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and dealership procedures.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any parts-related issues efficiently.

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory systems, and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in automotive parts management is a plus.
