Our client, a global leader in heavy equipment manufacturing, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team. You will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering team supporting Quality, Product Design, and Manufacturing Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and design teams to troubleshoot and resolve product and production issues.
• Coordinate and complete on-engine fitups for new component designs and prototype builds.
• Gather and document technical details and build issues for off-site product design teams.
• Support manufacturing processes and new product introduction programs.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to support production activities.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required;
  Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience also considered.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience (internships accepted as experience).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of 3D modeling/CAD software.
• Experience with root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
