Trouble shooting

Creo, team center, plex

• Seguin system and process knowledge
• Genset product knowledge
• Experienced at using Cat ET
• Experience using Creo, Team Center and PLEX
• Test cell troubleshooting experience
• Emphasis on initiative and self-starting tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of UL, CSA, NFPA, and NEC requirements
• Caterpillar design experience

This job will be in Seguin TX, on PG line. Primarily focused on shop support and updating current product design. This will also include supporting NPIs and NSIs. And other MCR activities.

• Shop support for NPIs, pilot and validation testing.
• Production & test support (Electrical / Mechanical)
• Introduce ICAs & PCAs to protect RTS
• Resolve Seguin quality issues (CIAs) and support quality initiatives
• Deviations, technical support, quality audits
• DTO support & onsite rental support
• Supplier collaboration, find alternative parts and validate new parts
• Compliance support (UL, ULC, CSA)

Global team interaction, including engineering and other cross functional teams
