Finance Manager

Overview

Griffith Ford Seguin is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Seguin, TX. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, develop strategies to improve profitability, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to increase company profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business activities and growth initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and productivity.
• Coordinate audits and work closely with external auditors.
• Oversee cash flow, investments, and financial risk management.

• 5+ years of experience in financial management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
