Always Best Care - - Responsibilities:
Obtain vital signs, record them, and notify the office of deviations according to standard practice.;
Provide personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, hair care, skin care, foot care, and oral hygiene.;
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility needs; support patient in toilet/commode and related activities.;
Perform incidental household services such as light housekeeping and laundry to support patient health.;
Document care according to the Plan of Care and report changes to the office; participate in required in-services.
