As a Production Specialist at Quality Bioresources, Inc., you will support daily manufacturing operations, including preparing, filling, inspecting, and packaging products to meet strict quality standards. This hands‑on role involves working with tubes and vials, operating dispensing equipment, assisting with lyophilizer loading and unloading, maintaining clean production areas, and completing accurate documentation. You will help produce high‑quality diagnostic and medical device products for clients worldwide while keeping production running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare tubes/vials: racking, dispensing, capping, and crimping
- Operate dispensing and filling equipment
- Assist with loading and unloading lyophilizers
- Perform 100% visual inspection of products
- Label, package, and complete final packaging of finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas, clean rooms, and equipment
- Accurately complete all required documentation
- Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to read and understand work orders and process instructions
- Basic math skills to verify job specifications
- Legible handwriting for documentation
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle trays/boxes safely
- Full range of body movement for production tasks
- High School diploma, GED, or vocational equivalent
- One year of manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
