Lift and position heavy panels, often weighing 50 pounds or more, and slide them into metal frames using safe team lifting techniques;
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble frame sides and panels, ensuring all components are properly aligned and securely fastened;
Read and interpret blueprints and use tape measures to verify dimensions and ensure assemblies meet design specifications;
Conduct basic quality inspections on assembled units to confirm correct installation, fit, and finish;
Cross-train with the paint department to support finishing processes and contribute to overall production flow
