CMC is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement leader to guide site-wide CI initiatives in the steel, construction reinforcement and ground stabilization industries. You will drive safety, quality, productivity and cost improvements on the shop floor and in cross-functional projects.
The role requires 8+ years of leadership in operations or manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Green Belt acceptable with plan to obtain), and experience with ERP/MES, CMMS, Power BI and advanced Excel.
