Production Associate - Night Shift

• Comply with and understand all safety rules and job hazards.
• Perform job responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain efficiency and quality goals set up by department.
• Inspect work in process to ensure quality per product specifications.
• Correct minor defects and notify supervisor of major quality issues.
• Verify that materials in use correspond with the master specification tag.
• Perform 5S as required by department best practices.
• Comply with and understand all environmental regulations.
• Perform similar job-related duties as assigned.
• Perform housekeeping activities as needed.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, minimum Must be able to reach the back of the loom from the loom platform.
• Visual acuity of 20/30, minimum.
• Regular attendance on company premises is required.
• Eligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.
