+ 2nd Shift will receive a  
** _10% shift premium_** .

** Schedule** :  Monday - Thursday, 4:18pm-2:48am. Overtime as required.

+ Training will be on 1st Shift until December 2026.

* What you will do:

* + Align and secure engine components according to work instructions

+ Install gaskets, seals, wires, bearings, hoses, covers, and visual components

+ Ensure parts and materials used in assembly are defect-free

+ Assist in problem-solving and improvement initiatives across departments

+ Verify correct alignment of engine components using schematics and part prints

+ Inspect parts and materials for quality defects

+ Conduct audits and quality inspections to address known defects

+ Perform torque audits, leak tests, and visual inspections on engines

+ Submit and support resolution of C.P.S. Continuous Improvement cards

+ Adhere to standard operating procedures and area-specific instructions

+ Collaborate with other departments to address assembly-related challenges and suggest improvements

+ Provide information to supervisors and managers regarding processes in the assigned area

+ Occasionally participate in training and development

+ Perform any other assigned duties

** What you will have:*
* + Minimum of 4 months' experience in a manufacturing work environment or industry certification

+ Mechanical aptitude

+ Ability to work well with others

+ Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English

+ Intermediate experience with computers, tablets, and with Microsoft Office Applications

+ Previous experience with Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work

+ Ability to adhere to safety procedures

** What would make you a top candidate:**  

+ Previous experience reading complex assembly instructions

+ Previous experience assembling products

+ Previous experience with similar electrical cabinet (repair or assembly)

+ Previous experience and/or certification in operating forklifts, tugger, and/or other power equipment
