Youth For Christ USA Inc. is seeking a Ministry Site Director to provide spiritual and organizational leadership at local ministry sites in Texas.
You will recruit and train volunteer leaders, connect churches with the site, and develop 3 Story teams and RMAs to advance authentic Christ-sharing relationships with youth. The role emphasizes embodying YFC’s Cultural Attributes and serving as an associate minister of the Gospel, with responsibilities to pray, teach, and model inclusive ministry
