Scope of Responsibility
Registered Nurses provide nursing care to a group of patients for a designated time frame and will routinely lead a team of care providers.
Responsible to Director of Cath Lab.
Education- Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science Nursing
- Current licensure with the Texas Board of Nursing Examiners
- Maintains American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider
- Obtains and maintains ACLS within 90 days of employment
- At least 1 year of critical care, emergency department, or operating room experience, required
- Cardiac Cath Lab or special procedures experience, preferred
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of immunization records
Time spent in physical activities: rarely (less than half hour per day), occasionally (half to 2.5 hours per day), frequently (2.5 to 5.5 hours per day), continually (5.5 to 8 hours per day), not applicable.

- Education
:
Associates or better in Nursing;
Bachelors or better in Nursing or related field. - Licenses & Certifications
