Join the Lippert Team! Lippert is excited to announce we will be relocating our RANCH HAND Shiner and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX! This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026. Travel assistance will be available to Team Members if needed! Our E-Coat Quality Lab Technicians are responsible to detect, reduce, and correct deficiencies in order to improve the overall quality of product and/or process. This will be done by utilizing standard lab equipment and testing methods. Will also be responsible to perform preventative maintenance tasks, as well as identify needed areas of improvement.
Responsibilities- Perform quality assurance checks and maintenance tasks to assure the defined System parameters are met.
- Assist in controlling the highest quality finished product through the means of inspection and process parameters analysis.
- Check paint thickness and see if product is cured.
- Visually checks parts large and small for paint defects, and/or damages
- Investigate and resolve repetitive issues
- Document testing results and discrepancies found throughout the day, both in general and in detail when applicable
- Maintain a safe, clean and presentable workplace.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Education: High school Diploma or equivalent
- Work Experience: 5 years manufacturing and quality inspection; knowledge of titrations, PH and extractions preferred.
