Responsible for providing friendly, efficient customer service while accurately processing transactions. This role handles cash and electronic payments, serving food, maintains a clean and organized work area, and supports daily operations by assisting customers and team members as needed.

Essential Duties:

• Communicates information clearly while building positive working relationships.
• Accurately collects payments by accepting coupons, cash, check and credit card payments via a Point-of-Sale system.
• Courteously greets and assists all guests.
• Follows all food safety rules and maintains a clean and sanitary environment.
• Strong customer service and basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash, etc., at the beginning and end of work shift.
• Provides information to Seguin Wave Pool guests by answering questions and requests.
• Manages all Season Pass holder passes and incentives.
• Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting any discrepancies.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Contributes to a team environment by accomplishing other duties, as needed.

Clear, thoughtful communicator with strong listening skills.

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Must be able to obtain a Texas Food Handlers Certification.
