Territory Sales Manager

Overview

A-ROO Company, a manufacturer and distributor of packaging headquartered in Strongsville, OH, is seeking an energetic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to operate as a Territory Sales Manager at our sales and distribution office in Seguin, TX. Our target markets and main clients include plant and flower growers, fresh flower bouquet makers, retail mass market chain stores, bakeries, candy companies, specialty produce, herb growers.

You will serve our existing client base as well as finding and developing business relationships with new clients and helping us to expand into new markets. Primarily working out of the Seguin office on a daily basis, this position will require that you travel throughout a geographic territory and are out of the office 25% to 40% of the time on average.

As an Territory Sales Manager, you must be self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and a high level of initiative. You must also have the ability to function effectively on an independent basis while also being able to give and take direction in a team setting.

• 3-5 years of proven sales and business development experience
• High degree of personal initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid time-management, multitasking and prioritization skills
• Bilingual written and verbal ability in English and Spanish is preferred
• College Degree is a plus!

Salary: $55,000.00 to $80,000.00/year + commission and annual bonus
