Responsibilities and Role: Be an Appraisal Specialist at one of our Call Centers. You’ll contact leads, follow up calls, schedule appointments, conduct inspections, and determine vehicle values, resulting in appraisals for our customers. This role focuses on helping customers sell us THEIR vehicle. You will guide customers through the process and ensure they are treated well and have a great experience.

Responsibilities (detailed):

• Contact leads and follow up with customers
• Schedule appointments and conduct vehicle inspections
• Determine vehicle values and prepare appraisals for customers
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Be comfortable on the phone and communicate effectively
• Call center experience preferred
• Positive attitude with a "+can-do" mindset
• Valid Texas driver’s license and a good driving record
• At least 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent
