No Automotive Sales Experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training, product knowledge development, and ongoing mentorship. New Sales Professionals receive guaranteed compensation during the onboarding and training period while they learn our sales process and build their customer base.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company policy and insurance carrier requirements
• Ability to safely operate company-owned and customer-owned vehicles in accordance with applicable laws, company policies, and job requirements
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet navigation, and common business applications
• Ability to learn and utilize dealership software, CRM systems, and other technology tools
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
