Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, rooftop units, air handlers, and compressors;
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal building performance;
Inspect, maintain, and repair shell-and-tube and plate-and-frame heat exchangers;
Monitor and maintain HVAC control systems, ensuring proper calibration and configuration;
Complete work order processes documentation for complete work history and parts inventory tracking
