We are seeking a skilled, motivated FAA-certified A&P mechanic to join our expanding team.
Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic with Robinson helicopter experience to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Robinson helicopters (R22, R44, R66) and other airframes
- Conduct inspections in compliance with FAA regulations (100-hour, annual, etc.)
- Troubleshoot mechanical and system issues efficiently
- Complete accurate maintenance logbook entries and documentation
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with pilots, operations staff, and fellow mechanics
- Perform occasional remote field maintenance as needed
- Competitive base salary starting at $45,000/year
- Additional $10–$12 per billable hour bonus
