Tree Top Inc. is seeking an HR Assistant to manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits, payroll support, scheduling, and assisting with performance matters.
The role reports to HR Manager and works with plant staff and contingent agencies. Ideal candidates have an associate’s degree and at least one year of experience in scheduling, payroll and data entry, with strong communication and basic office software skills.
