Balance line production and ensure the lines are running smoothly by relieving technicians, monitor data and control points, and checking the quality of supplies and materials. Monitor waste and assist in identifying and solving problems. Produce finished goods that meet customer specifications and conform to HACCP regulations.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is/or could be required to:
  Sit stand, walk, use hands to; finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; climb or balance; talk or hear; taste or smell; reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision to read paperwork and procedures, distance vision to drive a forklift and monitor line flows, color vision to identify materials from a distance, peripheral vision to see forklift traffic, depth perception for stacking product and ability to adjust focus for monitoring the process for problems.

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is/or could be exposed to:
  Extreme heat, moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, electrical shock, high precarious positions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, all weather conditions, vibrations, and loud noise.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Salary Range: $22.07 - 27.57/HR

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Salary increases are determined by promotional opportunities. Tree Top provides a weekly payroll. This position is eligible for annual safety incentive.
