Description

Comprehensive Healthcare provides innovative Behavioral and Integrated Healthcare services to clients of all ages. We take pride in our creative, collaborative work environment and in delivering clinically excellent, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services.

We are looking for nurses in our inpatient units to collaborate with behavioral health treatment teams to provide integrated, evidence-based treatment to clients throughout their stay. Nurses work closely with clients to administer medications, to provide education about prescriptions and general health needs, and to develop a treatment plan that reflects the clients' goals.

Benefits:

  • Pay Rate Range: RNs $41.79- $62.69 and LPN's $31.40- $47.10
  • RN Sign On Bonus $15,000 and LPN Sign-On Bonus $7,500
  • Schedule:

    Tuesday-Thursday 7PM-7:30AM

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or LPN Certificate
  • Must be willing to comply with N95 respirator requirements, including the removal of facial hair for initial fit testing and throughout employment when donning N95 respirators is clinically indicated.
  • Driver's license and vehicle liability insurance

Responsibilities:

  • Administering medications and Monitoring Patient reaction to Meds
  • Advising families about medications and treatment
  • Completing nursing intake assessments
  • Participating in collaborative treatment planning for each client
  • Assessing clients for safety and risk to self or others
  • Following policies, training, and techniques for managing aggressive behavior
  • Ensuring the safety of yourself, other staff, and clients by properly using personal protective equipment
  • Completing documentation in timely and thorough manner
