• Oversee the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in food manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to verify products meet quality specifications.
• Collaborate with production staff to facilitate training on quality protocols and promote continuous improvement.
• Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to management and relevant teams.
• Proactively address quality issues and foster a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and uphold our reputation for excellence.

• Salary Range: $69,100 to $103,700 annually
• Target Starting Range: $69,100 to $95,000 annually
