Facilities Technician

Join Tree Top in Selah, WA, as a Full-Time Facilities Technician working Monday thru Friday, 7 am-4 pm. This onsite position offers the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated professionals in the food manufacturing sector and to maintain and optimize facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working atmosphere.

Your daily responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify safety hazards and areas for improvement, and supporting project initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. You will record and report on maintenance activities and participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and safety protocols. You will be hands-on, proactive, and focused on maintaining a safe and productive workplace.

• Salary Range: $24.52 to $34.32/hr
• Target Range: $24.52 to $26.00/hr
• The actual salary offer will consider experience and location. This position is eligible for a yearly incentive based on company performance.
