What Were Looking For :
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current DE state licensure or eligibility
  • Previous experience within school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and build rapport with students and staff
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and district documentation requirements
  • Provide both direct and consultative support for students across grade levels
