What Were Looking For :- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current DE state licensure or eligibility
- Previous experience within school settings preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and build rapport with students and staff
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and district documentation requirements
- Provide both direct and consultative support for students across grade levels
