Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is growing! We are adding a full-time General Dentist for our established and highly productive practices in Bay Shore and Selden, NY. Backed by 40+ years in dentistry, this role offers consistent patient flow, modern technology, predictable income, and the autonomy to focus on high-quality patient care. • 805 Middle Country Rd, Selden, NY 11784 (Suffolk County | Central Long Island)
• 1701 Sunrise Hwy Spc C7, Bay Shore, NY 11706 (Suffolk County | South Shore Long Island)
• Selden: 2 days/week | Mondays and Wednesdays + 2 Saturdays (half day)
• Bay Shore: 2 days/week | Tuesdays and Fridays + 2 Saturdays (half day)
• Compensation – daily guarantee and tiered % of production with performance based increases
• Office setup – digital practice with 7-operatories in Selden and 13 in Bay Shore with a Medicaid/PPO patient population
• Clinical tools – Itero, Pano, Ceph, VideaAI technology, Henry Schein formulary, Perio Protect Therapy, and Curodont

• Clinical autonomy – you lead diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care
• Consistent patient flow – Bay Shore practice has 140+ new patients per month, Selden has 40+; ~15 patients/day
• Strong earning potential – average daily production of $3,000–$6,000 in the region
