A growing manufacturer of advanced electrical and electromechanical products is seeking a Production Assembler to support the assembly, testing, and fabrication of complex systems. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on assembly experience who can read engineering drawings and enjoys working in a team‑oriented production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
  • Use soldering irons, solder pots, hand tools, and other assembly equipment
  • Perform wire stripping, crimping, harness installation, and sub‑assembly work
  • Complete final assembly of large electrical and electromechanical systems
  • Support engineering with prototype builds and product development activities
  • Identify assembly challenges and recommend improvements to tools, fixtures, and processes
  • Assist team members with assembly‑related questions and technical guidance
  • Maintain compliance with quality management system requirements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly experience
  • Ability to work from engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and specifications
  • Must be authorized to work in compliance with applicable export regulations
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Production Assembler or Manufacturing Technician
  • Experience assembling electromechanical products or equipment
  • Ability to read assembly drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation
  • Familiarity with multimeters, torque tools, force gauges, and related manufacturing equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to use soldering equipment safely and effectively
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and assembly tasks
