Join Seletar Airport and play a key role in shaping the future of Singapore’s business aviation gateway. As the steward of the Seletar Annual Grant portfolio, you will be responsible for grant governance, financial planning, and driving sustainability initiatives that bolster Seletar Airport’s resilience and business performance. You will collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, effective workplan and budget execution, and support projects that advance Seletar Airport’s sustainability and environmental goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the administration and governance of the Seletar Grant, ensuring timely submissions, transparent reporting, and strong coordination with stakeholders.
- Oversee financial accountability by managing annual workplans and budgets, tracking performance, and ensuring activities align with the grant’s strategic objectives.
- Drive strategic planning by supporting and implementing initiatives that strengthen the airport’s business model, including reviewing charges, licensing, and policy matters.
- Monitor and analyse regional airport and aviation industry trends, providing insights to inform long‑term growth strategies and traffic projections.
- Support the development and execution of sustainability initiatives focused on carbon reduction, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and environmental management.
- Partner with CAAS and airport stakeholders to align policies, communicate plans, and ensure well‑coordinated execution of impactful initiatives.
- A good Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in financial management and reporting.
- Strong written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail; hands‑on, resourceful, and independent; comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Highly organised, proactive, and committed to delivering quality outcomes with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with regulators, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
