Mon to Fri Office hrs

Support Key Account Managers in maintaining strong customer relationships, enhancing customer engagement, and driving business performance.

Provide internal sales support by capturing and fulfilling ad hoc customer demand through available business channels.

Manage daily order processing activities, including order receipt, sales order maintenance, and handling basic RFQs, escalating to the Account Manager when necessary.

Utilize ERP systems such as QAD, SAP, or Oracle for order and sales management activities.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer quotations, orders, enquiries, and invoicing issues.

Ensure accuracy when recording and entering information, particularly product descriptions, batch numbers, and specifications.

Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to meet customer requirements.

Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Manage and coordinate customer complaints with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.

Prioritize tasks effectively and support business objectives and management initiatives.

Develop a solid understanding of the company's products and services to address customer enquiries efficiently.

Provide regular updates and feedback on customer requirements, order status, and market insights to the Sales team.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Customer Operations, or a related function, preferably within the chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and handle escalated matters effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QAD is preferred.

Willingness to work occasional overtime and travel for short business trips when required.

A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
