• Welcome clients who call or visit our Sellersburg office with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Review existing insurance policies and suggest updates or coverage changes that better serve our clients.
• Manage and process policy renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries accurately.
• Educate clients on their coverage options so they feel confident and informed about their protection.
• Maintain organized records for every client interaction to ensure a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with our small office staff to keep operations running smoothly every day.

• Active Indiana Property & Casualty License.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency or professional office setting.
• Clear and kind communication skills when speaking with clients.
• Comfort using computer systems and insurance management software.
• Attention to detail when processing policy changes and handling documents.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful when clients call with questions or concerns.
