Your Role Deliver preventive and periodontal care (prophy, SRP, perio maintenance) Capture diagnostics including digital X-rays and intraoral photos Educate patients clearly to build trust and treatment acceptance Partner with doctors for co-diagnosis and comprehensive care Maintain accurate documentation and sterile, organized operatories Support smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling What We’re Looking For Active Kentucky Dental Hygiene License Local anesthesia/nitrous certification (preferred) Strong communication skills with the ability to explain without jargon Comfortable with digital systems and modern dental technology Detail-oriented with strong infection control standards Growth mindset and collaborative, team-first attitude Spanish-speaking skills are a plus Our Mission At First Choice Dental Center , patient experience comes first — and so does supporting our team.
